BACKGROUND: Tsunade’s background isn’t exactly anything really spectacular as far as weird things happening to her when she was younger. She had a fairly normal life as a child, though it was quite evident from a young age that she was a lot stronger than other children her age, particularly when she lost her temper and could very well put a hole through a wall if she so felt inclined to do so. Other than those little issues she was raised pretty much as any other kid, going to school for a bit in a normal type of setting for most of her life. During her teenage years she seemed far more interested in actually doing something along the lines of “trying” to control her temper. Which, well, kind of led to her brilliant discovery that alcohol and gambling go well together, until you sober up or lose, anyway.
Despite popular claims she did go to college and did earn herself a degree and certification in the medical field, as an actual doctor, not a nurse. Once her college life had ended she took up the reigns of a clinic that dealt in things a little more shady from public knowledge. That being taking care of those the hospitals wouldn’t take in, primarily the mutants of her home town as in those recent years they had become far less desirable and figuring it’d be hypocritical of her, took them in herself.
For whatever strange reason she’s decided that she could probably help out what few she could, as not every ability is situated in fighting. In other words, dedicating herself to teaching along the medical lines of things.
PERSONALITY: Generally Tsunade is seen as a tough woman, typically seeming to be level-headed when she is nothing of the sort. Very rarely does she ever praise or compliment someone, leading to scathing remarks against her, but generally the reasoning for her to act in such a manner is to try and get those around her to work harder and surpass her expectations she had for them. In general this tends to actually work out for her, leading her to inwardly praise the person in particular but very rarely ever saying it out loud for them to truly know.
Despite her tough attitude she does have a bit of a sympathetic side, usually only being shown when necessary and generally only when the situation is pretty dire. The sympathy is usually held for those that are close to her in some form or another
Tsunade is also a horrible compulsive gambler, though, unfortunately with her being a compulsive gambler it’s kind of hand-in-hand with her having absolutely horrible luck to go along with it. So bad to a point where people know her in several different places and play against her because anyone that gambles against her typically tends to win almost 99.9% of the time when they play her. Though, she does have little winning streaks, but they are usually interjected by bad things happening to her which leads her to believe her good luck in gambling leads to bad omens for those around her.
APPEARANCE: As far as appearance goes, Tsunade looks a heck of a lot younger than she actually is. Best bet would be looking around her thirties or so, if that much in the first place. With the boring stuff, she’s blond and basically has a huge rack as most probably would have noticed several times just by seeing her for the first time. Other than that she has a fighter’s figure, somehow managing to still be pretty athletic despite… things.
With clothing, Tsunade’s fairly simple on that aspect, opting for a kimono-style top with black Capri pants and for some strange reason high heels to go with it. Her jacket varies depending on the situation and the weather itself as well as her mood, so it can go anywhere from a nice light jacket to a heavy winter jacket when she wants it to.
POWERS: Tsunade has a bit of a mixture. Those include accelerated healing (only enough for her to maintain her slow aging) and superhuman strength.
